Terms
DraftedFor provides one-time, editable writing drafts. Buying a draft means you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
Each purchase is a one-time license to use, edit, print, and share the delivered draft for your personal or internal business purpose. It is not a subscription, an exclusive commission, or a promise of publication, employment, legal effect, or a particular audience response.
Bundles contain ready-to-edit drafts and templates. Review every line, add missing dates or facts, and make sure the final version sounds like you before using it.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit, permission to use information about other people, and the final text you send, publish, or read aloud. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or impersonating content.
Drafts are writing assistance, not legal, medical, financial, employment, grief-counseling, or other professional advice.
Payment and delivery
Prices are shown before checkout and processed by Stripe. Delivery normally begins immediately after Stripe confirms payment. Keep the receipt or checkout email; it helps support locate the order if browser or email delivery fails.
Do not attempt to bypass payment, overload the service, reverse engineer restricted delivery routes, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts other buyers.
Service limits
DraftedFor is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a draft will require no editing. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated prospectively when the product or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to hello@toledotechnologies.com.
