Refunds
If a paid draft misses the mark, request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase. No explanation is required.
How to request a refund
Email hello@toledotechnologies.com within seven calendar days. Include the email used at Stripe Checkout and, if available, the Stripe receipt or Checkout Session ID so the payment can be found safely.
Delivery problems
If the confirmation page or email does not deliver the draft, contact support immediately. We will try to recover the paid draft first; you may still choose the refund during the seven-day window.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds go to the original payment method through Stripe. DraftedFor does not control how long a bank or card issuer takes to post the credit. Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, and technical failures should be reported as soon as they are noticed.
Abuse and legal rights
The policy does not require refunds for fraudulent requests, repeated abuse, or purchases made to attack or test the service. This voluntary policy does not reduce any non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live.
